What’s for dinner tonight? 😉

On most days, I do try to cook for Alvin and I for lunch. But with our crazy-busy and sometimes erratic schedules often make ordering food easier. We’ve tried almost every food delivery service in KL and I was glad to get introduced to a new one with so much potential! 😀

So I’m assuming almost everyone who lives in the Klang Valley has probably tried eating in Shogun – a Japanese buffet restaurant in 1Utama. The good news this blog post will be bringing you guys is that they now deliver! 😉

So before you get too excited like I did, one thing to take note of is that they do not deliver everything they have on the buffet menu. However, they have a good number of choices ranging from Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cuisine.

All the delivered meals – like in their buffet – are chef-prepared. Yet, they remain affordable. Which is definitely something that matters, right?

A few days ago, I was still going for swimming lessons and I had no time to cook. So before going down to our condo’s pool at 10am, I decided to pre-order our lunch. I had it set to arrive at noon and it even arrived 15 minutes early! 🙂

We both ordered Yakiniku sets (chicken for me, beef for him) and I sneaked in some Tiramisu – because after swimming I crave like a pregnant woman for sweets!

All this chef-prepared yum only cost us around RM45. Not bad, eh? And we didn’t have to drive all the way to 1Utama for it on a weekday lunch break! Of course, the food wasn’t as warm as I want them to be but – really, what do you expect from a delivery?

To order, simply go to www.Shogun2U.com

They deliver to most areas in the Klang Valley and has been running for just three months. While it’s still considered pretty new in the KL food industry (which is extremely competitive, if I may add), they’ve already had over a million ringgit in sales. It has become pretty popular due to the ease of ordering, the quality of the meals, and the punctuality of their delivery men. 😉

While the delivery service is amazing, I also recommend visiting their buffet as I believe that you get great value for your money. It’s a great place to bring family and friends who you know have hefty appetites. 😉 The selection is also pretty crazy. There’s too much food, I wasn’t able to try everything.

Have you tried Shogun2U’s delivery service? Let me know which ones are your faves so I can order them next time too!

Love,

Carol
